Booking
Services can be booked by e-mail (info@chiantidrivers.it , or via fax (+39 055 6506783).

Rates
The rates cover : driver, vehicle, parking, fuel and highway tolls. The rates do not include: clients meals, admission tickets
for museums and monuments (unless specified) and tips.

Waiting time
Arrival: for every 60 minutes of waiting, an additional hour will be charged.
Departure: for every 30 minutes of waiting 20% over the established rate will be charged.

Down payment
The balance will be settled:
in cash directly from the driver
with your credit card a day before the day before the requested service
with a certified cheque 5 days before the requested service (with a faxed copy of the payment)

Credit Card Payments
For credit card payments a transaction fee of 5% of the total service fee applies.

Cancellation
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via fax or e-mail, and must be acknowledged by Chianti Drivers,
and are subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation 48 and 25 hours before date of requested service: 50% of the service fee
Cancellation 24 hours or less before date of requested service: Full service fee
No show : Full service fee
