Ferrari, vinegar Tour

The province of Modena is another very special corner of Italy. Known as the capital of engines Ferrari is a symbol of excellence, of 'Made in Italy'. Also, it has a long tradition for the production of balsamic vinegar. During the tour you can visit the Ferrari museum, where you will admire the most beautiful cars used for races, and then go to the Fiorano track, located in the immediate vicinity of the factory in Maranello. Although the circuit is closed to the public, and used for testing and coaching, you can see the most beautiful Ferrari in action with professional pilots from some points along the perimeter.  Sometimes you can try a Ferrari for 10 or 20 minutes just for a little ride. Then we will have the opportunity to visit one of the oldest producers of balsamic vinegar and do a tasting to enjoy all the sensations that this aromatic product can give you. In full respect of ancient traditions and disciplinary PDO (Protected Designation of Origin), balsamic vinegar is produced using different types of grapes (Trebbiano, Sauvignon, Lambrusco). The juice made from these grapes is baked and then aged in wooden casks for at least 12 years to get the balsamic vinegar "Traditional" and 25 years for the “Extravecchio”.  Due to its versatility, balsamic vinegar is a perfect accompaniment to any dish: salads, meat, fish, cheese, desserts. On request you can visit the tomb of Pavarotti, one of the best and most famous singers in the world.
